Field Fisher Waterhouse boosts financial services practice with Partner hire

Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP recently announced the appointment of partner Duncan Black who joins the firm from Dechert's London office.

Duncan specialises in financial services regulatory matters. The core of his practice is in regulatory enforcement, risk assessment, resolving regulatory problems (including FSA and SEC) and financial services disputes generally, with a particular focus on the asset management and hedge fund sector.

His appointment will strengthen the firm's highly regarded financial services and funds practice. Field Fisher Waterhouse has a leading funds practice with well recognised strengths in the fund management sector. Duncan's appointment will enable the firm to build on the range of services it can offer to its asset management and other financial services clients.
