Norton Rose LLP, the international legal practice, recently announced that Jonathan Ball is to join the practice in London as a contentious Intellectual Property partner. Jonathan joins from DMH Stallard, where he is a partner in dispute resolution specialising in intellectual property and technology. Previously, Jonathan was a senior associate in the Intellectual Property department at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer until June 2007.
Jonathan is a specialist in the field of contentious intellectual property with extensive experience in patent litigation. His experience covers patent cases in the pharmaceuticals, engineering and electronics sectors, as well as other intellectual property litigation including trademarks, copyright, design and confidential information.
Following Jonathan’s appointment there will be 19 dispute resolution partners and 46 associates in London.
